Forceflow Fluidization Packer

Fluidization is a method that sets particles into constant motion in a stream of air, i e they behave like liquid. Material is kept in a fluidized state by air which is forced into the material chamber through porous pads. During the packing phase the material flows out through the filling tube into the valve sack. It is the most effective method to pack fine grained products and mixtures of powders and larger particles such as chemicals, mxtures of mineral, plastic powder and dry mortar.

Jetflow Impeller Packer
 

The JETFLOW impeller packer is used to dose fine, light products into valve sacks. Examples of these kinds of materials are flour, cement and lime. Materials is pressed by screws into an impeller wheel which throws it out through the filling tube. This results in high capacity and – with aerated material – provides at the same time a certain amount of compaction.

Beltflow Belt Packer Type PB

Gravflow Gravity Packer GP200

The GRAVFLOW Gravity Packer does all types of free-flowing granules through a vibration feeder. Material is led from a scale down into a filling to a filling tube, on the lower part. The material can be filled in valve sacks, open mouth sacks or barrels. It is an effective method to pack minerals like sand, pellets, granulated sugar, plastic granules, crushed minerals, seed, briquettes and similar products.

Sackflow Valve Sack Applicator
 

PEAL has for many years developed rational and practical solutions for the filling of bulk-material. The Sack Applicator reduces the risks of work related injuries and gains greater efficiency and productivity.
